Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is made. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, specifications, and any available demos or previews before completing your purchase.

**Return and Refund Policy for Physical Products*
Refunds and Exchanges
All items that are handmade and may vary in color, size, materials, and slight imperfections. All sales are final. No returns and exchanges will be accepted for custom or personalized orders. No exceptions. We will not issue refunds for any damages caused during shipping, delays, lost or stolen items. Insurance is available if requested. If you would like your package insured please contact us. See shipping policy for more details. Please make sure that you have read and understand our shop policies and the item description before completing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads.
Care Instructions:
For resin or epoxy items Use glass cleaner or running water to clean. These items are not dishwasher safe. Do not place in the microwave. Hand wash only. Do not soak in water or scrub roughly. Do not expose to high temperatures for a long period of time.
Apparel Care Instructions: Vinyl or Heat Transfers

Upload Instructions/Add your personalization:
Please be sure to send or upload any and all personalization information for your order. Type any words, phrases, names and or logo you would like on your item, as well as any other additional details for us in the " Add Your Personalization Box" If dates, names, or other information is missing, we will attempt to contact you. If no response is made within 24 hours, the order will be printed with the information that is available. Please check your spelling before sending as it is copied and pasted just as received. Some pictures are logos might be cut off on the rounded items because they are shaped to fit certain items. Please send us any high resolution pictures and or any logos( jpg, png, and svg) for the clearest images to be shown on your products. The larger the file the better it will be used for printing. Snapchat and similar photos are not recommended because they appear to be grainy or faded when printed. We do not edit the quality, brightness, or contrast of your photos in any way unless requested. Colors may vary due to variations on your computers, printers, monitors or mobile devices. If your digital design contains any silver/gold foil or glitter, its a digital effect only. There will not be any texture or actual gold foil nor glitter on your final product. Some items may require a proof to be approved prior to printing. Please check your email or spam folder within 48 hours to see your proof. For rush items, please check back within 24 hours.
Processing Time
Processing time is 7-10 business days. (weekend and holidays are not included in processing and shipping times) Please see processing times on each separate listing. Processing time is different from shipping time. Processing an order is the actual time it takes to complete an order. Shipping time is the amount of time your product takes to get to you once your item is shipped by your shipping carrier.
Copyright/Digital Downloads
We am not affiliated with any branded item. Although some of our products are comparable in some aspects to original name brands. We do not represent any of them to be original, nor do we represent that they are exact copies. Please keep in mind, many print shops will not print licensed characters. We recommend either printing from home or use the self-service printers at the print shop. We do not claim ownership to any licensed characters or graphics and those items are not being sold. You are paying for our time and customizing services only. We will not provide a release form to have your items printed. No refund will be given if your print shop refuses to print your purchased file. Items purchased are for personal use and may not be resold, shared are altered. If you select a digital product, that means nothing will be physically mailed to you. You will receive an email with your file to download.
