**Shipping Policy for Digital Products**
Thank you for choosing our digital products. Please read the following policy regarding the delivery of your digital purchases.
**1. Delivery Method:**
As our digital products are digital and downloadable, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive instant access to download the digital product(s) directly from our website or through the provided download link in your confirmation email.
**Shipping Policy for Physical Products**
1. When will my order be shipped? Orders have a shipping time of 2-14 business days. Please check the description of the product for the appropriate shipping time.
2. My order has shipped, but I don't see any tracking information. Orders will need at least 24-48 hours to show up with the most recent tracking information. If your order has not moved within 72 business hours, please contact us. Once a tracking number has been made available by the shipping carrier for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and shipping carrier. If an incorrect address was provided upon order and not corrected prior to shipment, please contact the shipping carrier to update your address.
3. What do I do if my package is lost in transit? We are sorry that your package has been misplaced. If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged due to bad weather, a natural disaster, or any unpredictable circumstances, we are not responsible for it nor will we issue a replacement. Please feel free to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
4. What do I do if I receive damaged goods, an incorrect item, or my package has been mishandled?
We are sorry that you have had an issue with your order. Please check your package immediately for any missing or damaged items. We do our best to carefully pack and ship your order out in a timely manner and with the highest quality. There are many factors that may have contributed to your products being damaged in transit. If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with your shipping carrier for the damages. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we do offer store credit. You have 14 days from the confirmation of receipt to contact us to receive your store credit. To get this issued rectified in a timely manner, please email us at bearcustomnecessities@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your name, email, and your contact number. 2. Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) 3. Picture of your item if damaged
Please give us 3-5 days to receive and process you claim.
I recommend all packages be insured for the purchase amount and shipped with signature confirmation however it is not a requirement.
